Subscription Cancellation Policy

By purchasing a subscription through DGENZ, you agree to the following terms:

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g. monthly) based on your selected plan.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support.

Important:

• All cancellations take effect immediately.

• Upon cancellation, your access to all subscription benefits — including premium newsletter content, Discord roles, and any gated features — will be revoked instantly.

• You will not retain access for the remainder of the billing period, even if you cancel shortly after being charged.

We do not offer partial refunds or credits for unused time after cancellation.

If you wish to continue receiving access for the full billing cycle, you must keep your subscription active and cancel before your next renewal date.

By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
